Who is your favorite artist?

I get this question a lot and it is always a struggle for me to answer. I am inclined to say Van Gogh because I love his use of color and his painting technique, but I also lean towards Felix Gonzales-Torres for the emotion and real-life experiences he put into his pieces. I also like Leila Mae (@lmtweet on TikTok) for her art and for the way she encourages people to start creating and to try new things. Then there's Colette Bernard (@artistcolette on TikTok) who uses her art to spread messages in fun ways. Basically, how could I pick just one? If you truly only have one favorite artist that is completely fine, but there are so many amazing people both alive and gone who have made fantastic creations that I could not bear to pick just one of them, and I think that is a great thing.
